CELEBRATING THE JOURNEY
Women In Scripture
In September, as part of our celebrations, the Province invited Sr Zina Schaker to share her expertise with us in a 5-day seminar based on “Women in Scripture”. Sr Zina is a Sister of St Joseph of the Apparition, an Israeli and a scripture scholar of some note in her own country, as well as in France . Twenty seven of our Sisters attended the inspiring lectures, as well as enjoying time spent together in the pleasant surroundings of Safety Bay. Sr Zina repeated some of her input for our Sisters in Kalamunda at a later date, as well as delivering a public lecture sponsored by WACRI.
